Jeffrey Earnhardt, the 26-year-old grandson of NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Sr. and nephew of current driver Dale Earnhardt Jr., will vie for Sprint Cup rookie honors in 2016.

Jeffrey will drive the No. 32 car prepared by Go Green Racing, which has sponsorship from all-terrain vehicle company Can-Am for 11 events, according to a team announcement.

Former Sprint Cup champion Bobby Labonte will drive for the Archie St. Hilaire-owned team in the restrictor-plate races, including the Daytona 500, and the plan is for Earnhardt to drive the majority of the season and up to 32 events. (ESPN)
