NASCAR has reinstated former NASCAR Sprint Cup Series crew member Jerome
Frey upon his successful completion of NASCAR's Substance Abuse Policy
Road to Recovery Program.
Frey had been indefinitely suspended from
NASCAR on August 10, 2011 for violating the sanctioning body's substance
abuse policy.
